FAQs

Its has power but won’t turn on. What should I do?

The charging chip may be damaged. Please contact customer support for repair service.

The indicator immediately turns off after powering on. What should I do?

This may be due to the low battery. Try charging it fully, then power it on again. If it still fails to turn on, Please contact customer support for repair service.

It stops outputting smoke when it is tilted or laid flat. What should I do?

This is due to the tilt protection mechanism. When it tilts more than 60°, the smoke output automatically stops to prevent dry burning. You can place it upright to resume smoke output.

To disable tilt protection, turn it on, long press both ▲ and ▼ buttons, then release the buttons when the cascading green lights dim.

It stops working after a few seconds. What should I do?

This may be due to the low battery or a loosely tightened chamber.
Check if the chamber is properly tightened. If the chamber is securely tightened, charge it and try again.

Flame bursts, the smoke is weak, or no smoke comes out. What should I do?

The chamber is damaged. Please replace the chamber with a new one.

Can the remote control the smoke output speed?

The remote control only supports turning the smoke output on or off and density.

The housing or structure is damaged. Can it still be used?

If the damage affects operation or safety, continued use is not recommended. Please contact customer support to check to confirm whether parts need replacement or repair (excluding damage caused by improper use).

There is a slight oil leakage from the chamber. Is this normal?

Yes, slight leakage is normal and helps ensure stable smoke output. If the chamber will not be used for a long time, store it in its protective cover.

Some accessories appear to be missing. What should I do?

In some packaging versions, the flexible pipe is stored behind the blister tray. Please pull out the tray to take them out.
